Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY UPDATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following booking policies are now in place: • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking for all NEW clients. This deposit will be applied toward your service. • Clients who no-call/no-show or cancel without notice will be required to pay for their next service in full at the time of booking in order to secure future appointments.
